Job Overview
The HR Coordinator will handle a wide range of support activities inside the Resort’s HR department. The HR Coordinator will mainly act as the liaison between HR department the Management and all team members, ensuring smooth communication and communication among all levels of the Resort’s hierarchy.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
· Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Compiling and updating employee records.
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to team members activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
· Assists in the monthly closing procedure of the payroll in coordination with the accounting department.
· Monitors in liaison with the HR Manager the daily working schedules and shifts.
· Handles team members’ requests regarding human resources matters.
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
· Communicate with official authorities and labor office as necessary.
· Supports the overall training plan process.
· Organizes and supports all wellbeing activities by actually being involved in the whole preparation of various events and relevant practices.
· Supports the HR Manager with the preparation of all necessary reports as required by the General Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
· Must speak and write Greek and English very well.
· Minimum two years of experience as an HR Coordinator preferably in Hospitality sector.
· Familiar with payroll systems.
· Solid Knowledge of local labour law and regulations.
· Holder of an EU passport is essential.
