Project Manager - Cyprus

Location: Cyprus

Reporting: Operations Director

Hill International is seeking project management engineers for ongoing projects in Cyprus. The project manager will ensure projects adhere to client requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project cost and timelines. The responsibilities will span all project phases: design/preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of on-site construction and handover activities.
• Management of project construction contracts.
• Coordinate the efforts of contractors, permitting, and communication with utility agencies, as well as inspecting authorities.
• Follow up on all contracted deliverables and ensure quality assurance of the work performed by contractors.
• Secure the technical standards throughout the project and oversee contractors' scheduling, conducting, and documentation of construction meetings, including progress meetings, safety meetings, and inspections.
  
  

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction industry.
• Previous strong experience in construction management at multimillion-EURO infrastructure and/or building projects.
• Previous experience in daily collaboration with different stakeholders during the construction period of a project.
• Fluency in Greek and English Languages
• Previous experience in multinational environment or in Project Management at Construction, will be considered an asset
• The candidates should be Cypriot citizens or should be eligible to work in Cyprus.
