Job Description
Lead the full business development cycle, from identifying leads to submitting proposals and closing deals
Design, implement, and oversee strategic initiatives and sales efforts related to training and other services, making use of funding schemes such as HRDA and others
Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities for expansion
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, government bodies, and academic institutions
Drive client engagement through networking, presentations, and tailored service offerings
Coordinate internal resources to develop compelling proposals and client-centric solutions
Manage tender submissions and funding applications, ensuring full compliance with guidelines and deadlines
Provide leadership to the training and business development teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a high-performance culture
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and align departmental efforts with organizational objectives
Track and analyze sales and business development metrics, and prepare relevant reports for senior leadership
Represent the organization at conferences, client meetings, and industry events
Develop strategies for client retention and post-engagement support
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record in building partnerships and delivering results
Demonstrated success in bid writing and managing funding proposals, with a solid understanding of public sector funding frameworks
Experience in consulting, training, or digital services will be considered a plus
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
Results-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
