Junior Accountant

Position:

Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full time Junior Accountant to join our team.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30

Requirements/Qualifications:

·        Accounting knowledge at the level of LCCI Intermediate 

·        Batchelor Degree in Accounting or a related field will be considered an advantage

·        At least 1 year experience in an accounting/audit firm or as a bookkeeper in the industry.

·        Pleasant personality and good communication skills

·        Good knowledge of MS Office is essential for the role

·        Good knowledge of Greek and English

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recording and maintaining bookkeeping transactions in the general ledger in compliance with regulations
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Providing support to senior accountants and finance team as needed 
• Monitoring collections from clients
• Monitor correspondence with clients and suppliers
• Keeps and safeguards all contracts, leases, insurance policies, licenses, and all legal and financial documents
