Position:
Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full time Sales Administration & Customer Support Officer for Credit Risk Solutions to join our team.
The Sales Administration & Customer Support Officer is responsible for providing thorough administrative assistance to the sales team and ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities. This role encompasses coordinating sales procedures, managing sales data, preparing sales materials, and delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BSc/BA degree in Business or related field
- Excellent Command of Written and Spoken Greek and English Language
- Good Knowledge of Computer Skills (Microsoft/ Internet etc.)
- Previous Working Experience in similar position (will be considered an advantage)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests and answer questions about products or the company.
- Respond to vendor requests
- Performs excellent Customer Relation Management (CRM)
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Deals with customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepares contracts and proposals for new and prospective customers.
- Performs cold- calling for sales.
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries.
