Intergo Telecom Ltd, a fast-growing technology company with a strong presence in the industry, is looking for a highly motivated professional interested in developing their career to be based at our offices in Paphos, Cyprus as a Pre-Sales Support Assistant (CRM).
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team to reach their goals by providing pre-sales support, maintaining the quality and integrity of our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, and assisting with reporting, campaign creation, and overall CRM administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support the sales team within the fast-paced telecommunications sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM, maintaining up-to-date customer and sales records
- Regularly clean the data in the system for consistency, completeness, and accuracy, especially for customer profiles, sales, and service subscriptions
- Work with sales and customer support teams to resolve data-related issues in the CRM system
- Assist, manage and update the fields and data in CRM
- Generate and maintain pre-sales reports to track performance, sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and track campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and upsell
- Assist in onboarding new users and ensure best practices for CRM data entry and navigation
- Communicate with sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations of CRM and accurate data flow
- Assist the sales and pre-sales teams in scheduling meetings, managing leads, sales opportunities, and service activations
- Provide administrative support, including documentation preparation, system updates and user access management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the telecom industry is preferable
- Experience in data entry or sales support is considered an advantage
- Fluent in English language, verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with reporting and CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)
- Understanding of telecommunications products, services, and customer lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically
