Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter part-time or full-time (Poland, Hungary or Romania based candidates)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter. This role is ideal for someone with agency work experience, an advanced sourcing background, and a curious and persistent approach to talent acquisition.

For the candidates based in Hungary this is a hybrid position, for candidates based in Poland and Romania remote role.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple geographies.
• Partner with the sales team to understand business needs and provide strong talent pipelines.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, market mapping, and proactive outreach.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment agency background
• 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing ideally for IT roles, engineering sector experience will be considered a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting in different markets across various industries.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray, talent mapping, etc.).
• Curious and persistent mindset – always looking for new ways to find and attract talent.
• Experience in agency recruiting or other high-paced environments is a plus.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
