SAP SuccessFactors Key User

For our Client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for SAP SuccessFactors Key User to join in-house structures (hybrid work).

Holding the role you will be responsible for:

• Providing ongoing support and resolving 1st and 2nd level tickets.
• Gathering business requirements, leading small improvement projects, and training system users.
• Solving issues with SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management, Learning, and Reporting/Analytics.
• Supporting system implementation and rollout projects.
• Helping to create user guides and training materials for end users.
• Assisting with regular system updates and releases.

In order to be successful candidate you need to have following skills:

• Around 1-2 years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Support, SAP SuccessFactors Key User or SAP SF Business Analyst.
• Experience with 1-2 SAP SuccessFactors modules (like Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management, Learning, or Reporting/Analytics).
• Skills in identifying and solving technical problems within SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
• Willingness to learn more about technical topics like configuration, customization, and system administration.
• Natural ability to work with technology.
• Ability to manage small projects independently, ensuring timely completion.
• A degree in Information Systems or SAP SuccessFactors certifications is a bonus.
