What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for workplace innovation and device management, harmonizing approaches across Windows, Mac, Mobile, and emerging technologies to ensure a seamless user experience
- Provide direction to Technology Solutions Managers, ensuring collaboration and consistent execution, while acting as a key liaison with senior leadership to translate objectives into actionable plans
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, low-code platforms, smart building solutions) to enhance productivity, security, and user satisfaction, piloting initiatives to assess feasibility and impact
- Oversee the entire device lifecycle, implement best practices for security and maintenance, and ensure seamless integration of workplace technologies like cloud printing and collaboration tools
- Partner with service desk teams to optimize incident management, monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement, and communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Several years in IT service delivery or technology management, including first experience in a leadership role, with expertise in managing complex device environments and workplace innovations
- Proven ability to develop and execute unified workplace strategies, with strong skills in endpoint management, security, and modern workplace technologies
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams, managing cross-functional projects, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Innovation mindset with experience in AI, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies; excellent communication skills in English and German (Polish is a plus); with flexibility to travel up to 25%
