Service Manager
We are currently looking for a new skilled colleague who can contribute to ABB's further development of the solution of the future and thus remain in the innovation area of the energy revolution. If you have an electrical engineering background supplemented with relevant experience and want an exciting job with significant contributions and lots of trust and support, then now is the time to apply. Planned learning path consists of safety courses, E-learning, courses at the factory in Finland and peer-to-peer training. Your role: • Service, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of motor controllers - primarily frequency converters - The size of converters ranges from 5 KVA to 20 MVA. • Customer service - You will spend most of your time at customer sites - both alone and together with colleagues. You will also be on call one week at a time, typically every 8 weeks. • Assignments typically vary from one to several days, but larger assignments may take several weeks. • Your work area is the whole of Denmark, and later in your employment you will in some cases have the opportunity to work abroad or offshore. • Most customer assignments typically start from your own home and you will therefore also have your own service car. • As ABB's customer ambassador, you must enjoy providing good service in a friendly and welcoming manner. • You are good at planning and working in a structured way while maintaining an overview. In addition, you must be able to thrive in an everyday life where plans can change quickly. • Your PC will be your tool for planning and documenting tasks.
