Infrastructure Test Manager

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Test Manager to lead our testing efforts for IT infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will develop and execute test strategies to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and data centers. You will join a new team that we are building from scratch, allowing you to make a meaningful impact right from the start.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure is thoroughly tested before deployment, identify potential risks, and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop testing strategies tailored to IT infrastructure, covering all critical components such as servers, network devices, databases, etc.
• Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of test planning and execution.
• Lead efforts in performance testing, failover, and disaster recovery testing.
• Define test scopes, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.
• Evaluate and introduce test automation where applicable, reducing manual testing efforts and increasing consistency in test results.
• Provide detailed test reports and status updates to stakeholders, including test results, defect analysis, and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• 4 years of experience in infrastructure testing, IT management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure, virtualization, etc.).
• Proficiency with infrastructure testing tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address testing challenges and ensure system quality and performance.
