As a Product Owner in the TMLS team at Aeven, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our technology management and lifecycle services. Your role will involve overseeing the development and delivery of products and services within the TMLS area, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with Aeven's business objectives. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the implementation of DevOps practices to ensure efficient product development and operations. Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for TMLS, aligning with Aeven's overall business goals.
Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to reflect customer and stakeholder needs.
DevOps Coordination: Collaborate with DevOps teams to plan and execute development and operational activities, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
Resource Allocation: Plan and coordinate activities and tasks, allocate resources globally, and monitor service levels and KPIs.
Budget Management: Manage budgets on T&M based SLAs in close cooperation with Service Delivery Management (SDM).
Quality Assurance: Ensure products and services meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Team Development: Motivate and develop team members, providing input to APIS evaluation and target settings, and giving feedback to partners.
ITIL Processes: Provide application services according to ITIL processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management, and capacity planning.
Reporting: Estimate and report on time consumption and provide internal and external status reporting.
Customer Audits: Participate in customer audits and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the product owner role, product management, application management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Preferably experienced in ALM Quality Center or similar tools.
Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of GxP, GAMP5, FDA, and CSV requirements and standards.
Agile Experience: Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe).
ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL processes and standards.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a capacity to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
