What you’ll do
As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work closely with our senior leadership team, supporting both financial operations and commercial activities to drive the development of our bio-based Carbon Capture and Utilization (CCU) projects. You will collaborate closely with our VP of Strategy and Operations on new site and project development initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to commercial workstreams, including market research, site selection, and supporting the business development of project proposals and business cases.
• Assisting with FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
• Taking ownership of diverse tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.

About you:

• Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business or a similar field and looking for a 3-12 month internship
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and reliable, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German proficiency is a plus but not required).
