The best thing about it: we use carbon dioxide as a feedstock. We are currently at an exciting inflection point of our growth journey developing our first commercial plant. What you’ll do
We are looking for a passionate and incredibly well-organized Technical Chief of Staff to work alongside our founders and play a critical role in shaping Again's future. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO and scientific founder, supporting their leadership responsibilities while owning strategic, cross-functional projects that will be instrumental in unlocking our next phase of growth. If you have an interest in working in the intersection of science, strategy and execution and you are motivated by a a career managing scientific teams and developing business and operations competencies in a fast-paced growing biotech start-up, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and implement high-impact scientific projects across R&D and commercialization efforts working closely with our strain development and fermentation teams.
• Design and manage innovation projects related to commercializing our carbon utilization technology, in conjunction with our industrial partners.
• Represent Again at external fora and engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including the board, strategic partners and potential investors
• Assist in the development and commercialization of Again's future product pipeline.
• Provide general assistance to our CEO in the running of Again – no task is too big or too small for any of us!

About you:

• At least 4 years of work experience (management consulting or start-up preferred)
• Strong academic background (STEM degrees preferred in biotechnology)
• Analytical mind and proficiency in Excel PowerPoint
• High agency – willing to roll up your sleeves to get sh*t done
• Passionate about solving the climate crisis
