About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical & Automation Engineer to join our Engineering & Supply team, supporting projects across Brewery, Edible Oil, Agro & Protein, and Evaporation Systems. You’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality automation and electrical engineering solutions on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer contracts.

Travel approximately 20–40 days per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute automation/electrical engineering packages.
• Design and program PLC and SCADA systems (Siemens and Rockwell).
• Conduct programming reviews, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests), and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Specify complete control systems (hardware and software).
• Prepare technical documentation aligned with project and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Contribute to sales support, specification reviews, and project execution meetings.
• Support SAT (Site Acceptance Tests), commissioning, and troubleshooting both remotely and on-site.
• Assist in the development of Function Design Specifications (FDS) together with Process Engineers.
• Monitor and implement new automation technologies and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation Engineering, or similar field.
• 8–10 years of project experience in automation engineering.
• Strong experience in Siemens and Rockwell PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and performing FAT/SAT activities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach.
• Ability to deliver results in line with customer expectations and contract scope.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DCS systems (PCS7 / PlantPAx).
• Familiar with European/US engineering codes, SIL and/or Ex.
• Experienced in electrical panel design per specs.
• Project management skills in automation.
