This position is located at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup. Reporting to Senior Executive Assistant, Dorte Dyssegaard, you will support our President of EMEA/APAC Sales. Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage administration and operations for the Executive, providing holistic and integrated day-to-day support. Proactively solve problems with minimal supervision, handling tasks and distractions that may prevent the Executive from focusing on top priorities.
• Handle a complex and dynamic calendar of appointments, ensuring all activities and meetings are well-prepared with materials and pre-reads ahead.
• Work cross-functionally and cross-office to help solve problems quickly.
• Ensure smooth planning and execution of various meetings, supporting the Executive with prioritization and adaptation of the calendar where necessary.
• Prepare presentations and other similar material for Leadership meetings, Town Halls, and similar events.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute leadership team meetings, off-sites, and other events.
• Manage inbox, end-to-end travel arrangements, expense claims, and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Be part of shaping the company culture and serving as the social glue during events and as ‘eyes and ears’ in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven 3 years of experience as a personal/executive assistant supporting executive-level individuals in large multinational organizations.
• Stellar references and a proven track record of high performance.
• Strong presence and a confident and accommodating personality.
• At minimum, a bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills both in speech and writing.
• Highly proficient in using IT tools in daily tasks and operations.
