About the Role

As our new CSM, your primary focus will be selling and supporting customers in getting the most out of our platform. You will:

• Conduct additional sales to existing customers, as well as proactive sales to new customers
• Understand and map customer challenges: By listening and asking the right questions, you create insight into how our solution best supports their processes
• Create and follow up on demo and pilot projects: You help customers implement and test our solution - from idea to realization
• Cross-collaborate: You work closely with your colleagues to ensure a holistic and coherent customer experience

We envision that you have a solid technical overview and a natural talent for building relationships. You have:

• Experience with digital solutions: Preferably from the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry, where you have worked with processes involving 3D modeling and BIM
• Strong communication skills: You can translate technical issues into practical solutions that everyone can understand
• Customer focus: You take pride in listening to and understanding customer needs and are driven by creating value
• A curious and willing-to-learn approach: Construction or Con tech experience needed
