Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive our clients company's growth strategy and expand their market presence. The ideal candidate will understand the strategic process of tendering and bidding for projects, creating a strategic narrative, that will drive sales. Orchestrating these efforts together with their CEO and CCO is a key part of the job.


Key Responsibilities


  • Orchestrating the tender and bidding process, based on a strategic narrative
  • Understanding customer needs and the company’s areas of differentiation herein
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify, evaluate and pursue new market opportunities and potential partnerships together with the CCO
  • Contributing to building and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship management
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments


Required Qualifications


  • 7 years of progressive business development or sales experience
  • Self-driven
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing significant deals
  • Strong operational and orchestrating skills within tendering and bidding processes
  • Negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and business development tools


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in the construction sector

  • Location: Søborg, Copenhagen Denmark
  • Work arrangement: Primarily on-site
