Are you a proactive, self-driven, hands-on Project Manager who enjoys taking the initiative? Do you run projects by interacting with people and motivating them, and do you have great stakeholder management skills?
Do you also have experience within a GMP facility, and are you motivated by running different types of projects in close collaboration with specialists aiming to optimize production processes?
Then, you might be our new Project Lead for the Drug product manufacturing site in Kvistgaard.
Are you our next pioneer?
You will join the NPI team of 6 other Project Leads and Coordinators. The projects will be related to different areas and processes in the Drug Product production e.g. introduction or development of various types of equipment, minor construction tasks, general optimization projects, and introduction of new products. Depending on the type of project, an investment may be required, and knowledge of CAPEX projects is an advantage. As the projects are centered in the production it is important to speak and write Danish fluently to be able to communicate with operators and technicians.
The large-scale production processes in our Drug Product production facility consist of formulation, wash & sterilization, filling line, freeze dryer, inspection, label and packaging line, and other surrounding processes.
When introducing new products or equipment to the facility, correct documentation needs to be in place. Previous experience with handling such documentation will be an advantage. Since projects are centered in the production knowledge of a production facility, various engineering specialties is an advantage. You will work closely with project coordinators and leads in the team, and you will report to the manager of NPI in Drug Product technical support.
You will coordinate and follow up on several tracks that link to various projects. Some projects may also be linked or dependent on other projects; you understand this complexity, can keep the overview, and can align with other projects when necessary. This requires good collaboration with close colleagues and other stakeholders. Therefore, it is important that you are comfortable reaching out to others both internally and externally and can communicate appropriately.
Your impact
As a Project Manager in general, you will be responsible for the successful planning and completion of selected projects. You will play a significant role in shaping our organization´s growth by managing and organizing projects that support our strategic goals.
