To support our organization, we are seeking a Purchaser within Indirect Procurement.
About The Role
As a Purchaser within Indirect Procurement, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliable and cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support our operations. This role is hands-on and dynamic, and it offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, build supplier relationships, and contribute to procurement excellence across multiple indirect categories. This is a parental cover position running until the 1st of June 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services to the site
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels to support operational continuity
- Identify and mitigate supply disruptions, quality issues, and supplier reliability risks
- Manage procurement activities across indirect categories such as consultancies, professional services, QC products and office supplies
- Support the end-to-end requisition-to-purchase-order process in Medius and Dynamics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with operational and business needs
- Evaluate supplier performance in alignment with internal policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement and procurement process standardization
Qualifications
- Experience with indirect procurement or purchasing in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment
- Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., Medius, Dynamics, SAP, Coupa)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Danish and English
