We are looking for a dedicated and experienced QA Senior Manager to lead two essential teams within our high-performing Quality Assurance (QA) department. In this key leadership role, you will oversee and support our Environmental Monitoring (EM) and Equipment Qualification teams, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and quality in our vaccine manufacturing processes. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of 10 Specialists and Senior Specialists, driving excellence and innovation while reporting directly to the Head of Site QA in Kvistgaard.

Your Impact

You will play a key role in:

• Leading and mentoring a team of QA Specialists to ensure exceptional performance across both teams
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives for Environmental Monitoring and Equipment Qualification processes
• Managing key QA tasks, including quality oversight, compliance checks, deviation handling, and documentation, with a focus on maintaining the highest industry standards
• Supporting cross-functional teams to address quality concerns, provide technical expertise, and ensure the safe and compliant operation of equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Collaborating with senior leadership to align departmental objectives with broader company goals

Are you our next pioneer?

To succeed in this role you´ll need:

• A Master's degree or equivalent in pharmacy, engineering, biochemistry, or other scientific studies
• Strong expertise in EM and Equipment Qualification within a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
• Proven ability to lead teams of QA specialists with mid-senior to senior levels of experience
• Autonomy in managing projects and resolving complex issues related to QA and compliance
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in the industry
