Operations Associate

Our overall goal is simple. We aim to elevate board governance across Europe, where we are currently active in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, and Germany. We offer intensive board education programs, which have already been completed by over 10,000 directors and board members. In collaboration with Columbia Business School in New York, we deliver high-level knowledge. Additionally, we facilitate an exclusive board forum, accessible to directors and board members through their membership.

The Position

As an Operations Associate at Board Company, you will become part of our Operations department, working closely with our Chief Operations Officer. You will play a key role in supporting the company's daily operations, financial processes, and strategic development across markets.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting
  • Preparing analyses and reports for management
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and workflows
  • Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Coordinating and optimizing administrative and operational processes
  • Ensuring effective functioning of office and operational systems
  • Organizing internal meetings and following up on decisions
  • Assisting with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees
  • Actively participating in daily tasks within the Operations department


The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a recent graduate passionate about finance, operations, and analysis, who aims to grow professionally in a growth-oriented company.


You likely recognize yourself as someone who:

  • Is a recent graduate or has 1-2 years of work experience, preferably with a background in economics, finance, business administration, or similar
  • Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to data and reporting
  • Is proactive, independent, and detail-oriented
  • Has experience with Excel and possibly other data analysis tools
  • Is fluent in Danish and English at a professional level
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment with a high pace and varied tasks
