On behalf of Christiania Shipping A/S, MARPRO Group is seeking an Operations Manager – Chemical Tank for the office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About the job

You will be responsible for the daily operation of owned and time-chartered vessels, including voyage planning, port coordination, cargo documentation, tank cleaning, waste management, and problem-solving, all while supporting Christiania Shipping’s best-in-class standards.

Professional competencies required

• A minimum of two years of operational experience in the shipping industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Danish residency/work permit is required.

• A true team player, able to share responsibilities effectively and collaborate across different countries and cultures.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic market environment.
