THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be the key support for our agents, guiding them to meet and exceed expectations. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage workload distribution, and ensure our team delivers unrivaled customer service.
This is a temporary position for 12 months, covering maternity leave.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Next to your leader role there are also opportunities to be part of and/or drive impactful projects that support the development of the Customer Service Department and Boozt growth.
YOUR PROFILE
We’re looking for a customer-focused leader who leads by example with a solution-oriented and hands-on approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, while being collaborative, adaptable, and driven to create a positive team culture.
Please note that this is a 12-month temporary position, preferable with a start date from May.
