We're looking for a Senior Buyer with a passion for innovation and an eye for trends to shape the future of our Men's Department. This role is more than just buying—it's about driving business growth, taking the lead to impact strategy, and seizing opportunities to elevate our assortment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our new Senior Buyer you will be responsible for managing product selection across menswear brands, including identifying potential business opportunities (brands and products). You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategic partnerships and drive category growth. As the go-to contact for internal and external stakeholders, you'll play a key role in securing the performance and success of the category.

• Use sharp analytical insights and industry expertise to select products that drive results, securing the strongest and most strategic purchases to elevate the assortment.
• Build and execute the buying strategy for Men's fashion on Boozt.com.
• Negotiate deals, strengthen vendor partnerships, and bring exciting new brands on board.

• Stay ahead of trends making bold, strategic decisions.
• Take key account responsibility, ensuring 360° partnerships that drive long-term success.

YOUR PROFILE

• 
  Strong proven negotiation skills within commercial terms as well as partnership
• Minimum 2 years of experience within retail buying preferable the fashion industry and/or commercial experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to drive the business forward
• Ability to set the strategic ambitions as well as hands on executing
