About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Airbus A320 Pilot to join a growing airline operating short to medium-haul routes. This role is for a professional with 5,000 total flight hours, extensive experience on the A320 family (A318, A319, A320, A321), and a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency. The A320 Pilot will be responsible for executing flight operations under strict regulatory guidelines, ensuring safe and smooth flights while optimising fuel efficiency and passenger comfort. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft on short and medium-haul flights, ensuring full compliance with EASA/ICAO/FAA regulations.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks, analysing weather conditions and flight plans.
Manage aircraft performance, flight systems, and emergency procedures in line with airline operational policies.
Work closely with air traffic control (ATC) and flight dispatch teams to optimise flight efficiency and safety.
Engage in Crew Resource Management (CRM) to ensure clear communication and coordination with First Officers and cabin crew.
Monitor aircraft technical systems, fuel consumption, and navigation to optimise performance and passenger experience.
Minimum Requirements:
Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) recognised by EASA, FAA, or ICAO.
Minimum 5,000 total flight hours, including 2,500 hours on Airbus A320 family aircraft.
Current Airbus A320 type rating.
Strong knowledge of short-haul operations, airspace regulations, and fuel efficiency management.
Fluency in English (ICAO Level 5 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
