Do you want to help lead the development of the future eCommerce platform for Scandinavia’s largest lingerie brand? At CHANGE of Scandinavia, we are looking for a Senior Manager for our ECOM Development team.

About the Role
You will be responsible for a team of skilled frontend and backend developers, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality digital solutions. The team currently consists of two frontend developers and one backend/fullstack developer, who currently acts as the technical lead.
You will be placed at our Headquarter in Farum and will report directly to our Marketing & ECOM Director and work closely with both the business and IT as the primary technical partner.

Your Responsibilities

• Set direction and prioritize the team’s tasks in collaboration with the Marketing & ECOM Director and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure high technical quality and progress in development tasks.
  • Act as a sparring partner, mentor and being daily leader for the developers in the team.
  • Facilitate standups, technical discussions, and collaboration with external partners.
  • Ensure planning, coordination, and documentation – in close cooperation with the business side.

Your Qualifications
• Strong technical understanding and experience with modern web development in a composable setup (preferably Commerce tools).
• Experience with Next.js, React, .NET Core, and Azure – preferably across both frontend and backend.
• Familiarity with MACH architecture and integrations via APIs and event-based flows.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and cloud operations.
• Ability to assess technical decisions and ensure architectural coherence.
• Experience in leadership or technical coordination in development teams.
• Clear and structured communication – both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of the business.
