YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure to support critical business operations. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, from providing user support and maintaining secure networks to managing backups and monitoring IT services. By taking a hands-on approach, you will contribute to IT improvements, implement efficient solutions, and ensure the reliability of our systems. • You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft OnPrem Environment (AD/DHCP/DNS/PKI etc.) and client deployment systems (WDS/SCCM).
• You will be responsible for ensuring reliable backups, disaster recovery solutions, and monitoring IT services with tools like Zabbix.
• You will be in charge of providing ad hoc user support and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• You will contribute to the optimization of our IT security, network infrastructure, and system documentation.
• You will be part of a small, dedicated IT team, collaborating to deliver seamless IT operations across the organization.
• You will be pivotal in driving IT-related projects and implementing new technologies to improve processes.
• You will have a key role in managing IT assets, software licenses, and storage solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a relevant IT education.
You are service-minded, proactive, and structured, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
You have proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including Microsoft OnPrem and preferably Ubuntu Linux/Docker.
You possess strong skills in backup and disaster recovery, client deployment, and network security.
You take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities, just as you thrive on working independently.
You also enjoy working closely with your colleagues within an agile software development environment.

You live within commuting distance of Aarhus, and you speak and write Danish and English fluently. You have a clean criminal record and you are a Danish citizen or you have lived in Denmark for at least the last 7 years.
