As an IT Supporter in Energi Danmark you contribute to maintaining a smooth flow of daily operational tasks by assisting your colleagues and participating in projects aimed at improving Energi Denmark’s IT support services.

DIVE INTO WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS WILL BE
Your mission is to handle our users’ basic IT needs while interacting with a wide range of applications, spanning both cloud/SaaS solutions and on-premises services.

You will:

• Manage product functionality and set up new workstations, ensuring they are correctly configured
• Order and support our mobile devices and subscriptions (iPhones, iPads, etc.)
• Order computer equipment and handle RMA cases
• Take ownership of support cases in our ticketing system to ensure end-user satisfaction
• Handle user, permission, and license management
• Patch and maintain client computers
• Participate in projects aimed at improving our IT support services

For this newly established role, we’re looking for an IT Supporter to join our team of 7 IT Operations professionals supporting the infrastructure and employees of Energi Danmark.

IT Operations supports all our users in Denmark. Occasionally, we visit our locations in the Nordics, but travel is relatively minimal and usually consists of only a few days per year.

Additionally, our systems are maintained in close cooperation with selected external partners, whom you’ll also interact with.

The IT Operations team enjoys a relaxed tone. However, when we experience incidents that affect our key metrics – such as uptime, performance, or IT security – we quickly shift into a highly focused mode. Therefore, it’s important that you thrive in a somewhat fluctuating environment.

Your educational background can be as an IT Supporter or self-taught. We welcome both recent graduates and candidates with experience in similar roles, as we can tailor the position and responsibilities to your qualifications.

We hope you are:

• Self-disciplined and enjoy helping others in a trust-inspiring manner, ensuring compliance with our SLAs and IT policies
• Curious and eager to learn new skills, as we strive to create space for IT skill development
• Proficient in both English and Danish, spoken and written, at a professional level

Having a driver’s license is preferred but not required.
