As an IT Supporter in Energi Danmark you contribute to maintaining a smooth flow of daily operational tasks by assisting your colleagues and participating in projects aimed at improving Energi Denmark’s IT support services.

Your mission is to handle our users’ basic IT needs while interacting with a wide range of applications, spanning both cloud/SaaS solutions and on-premises services.

For this newly established role, we’re looking for an IT Supporter to join our team of 7 IT Operations professionals supporting the infrastructure and employees of Energi Danmark.
IT Operations supports all our users in Denmark. Occasionally, we visit our locations in the Nordics, but travel is relatively minimal and usually consists of only a few days per year.
Additionally, our systems are maintained in close cooperation with selected external partners, whom you’ll also interact with.
The IT Operations team enjoys a relaxed tone. However, when we experience incidents that affect our key metrics – such as uptime, performance, or IT security – we quickly shift into a highly focused mode. Therefore, it’s important that you thrive in a somewhat fluctuating environment.

Your educational background can be as an IT Supporter or self-taught. We welcome both recent graduates and candidates with experience in similar roles, as we can tailor the position and responsibilities to your qualifications.
