Olesen Group is to ensure that our products and suppliers are of the highest quality. As a QA Coordinator, you will be an important part of this work. Having shared responsibility for the feed and food area, you will help ensure our high standard of quality and safety for the ingredients and additives we distribute. Chr. Olesen is ISO9001-2015 certified and works under several relevant certifications, including FAMI-QS and FCA Ovocom. Your Key Responsibilities: As a QA Coordinator at Chr. Olesen Group, you will have a broad range of responsibilities. These include: Approval of international suppliers and food products, including requisitioning and approval of certificates and other necessary documentation from suppliers. Operation and implementation of requirements related to our certifications. Updating and continuous improvement of our quality management system and product database, including digitizing processes and procedures across the company. Monitoring and verification of analytical results. Various projects, such as new legislation or new certifications. Conducting risk assessments in a value chain that spans from one end of the world to the other. Acting as a sparring partner for colleagues in our shipping/logistics department. Internal and external audits. Handling complaints and deviations. Being a central part of the ongoing development of the QA department at Chr. Olesen. Why Chr. Olesen Group? The ideal candidate will have: Scientific Academic Background: Preferably a degree in food science, food technology, chemical engineering, or similar. Structured Approach: A systematic method for managing tasks and delivering high-quality work while maintaining an overview.. Quick Learner: Ability to swiftly adapt to new IT systems. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish and English, with additional language skills being a plus (Spanish, German, etc.).
