At the end of August 2025, the Columbus Accelerator Program returns, and you will have an opportunity to develop from a trainee into a business consultant with specialist skills in either Supply Chain Management or Finance. About the Program
The Accelerator Program runs for 7 months and consists of two main parts:

Foundation Phase:
You’ll build a solid understanding of Infor Cloud Suite and the M3 ERP system, including official certification.

Specialization Phase:
You’ll deep dive into Supply Chain or Finance through instructor-led training, hands-on cases, real-world practice, and additional certifications .
You will also receive training in:

• Consulting skills

• Presentation techniques

• Project metodologi

Throughout the program, you will follow our experienced consultants on live assignments, attend customer meetings, and gain hands-on guidance and insights.
But it doesn’t stop there! We’ll also create a long-term development plan to ensure your continuous professional growth.

What Happens After?

After completing the program, you will step into the role of Associate Business Consultant, working with Infor Cloud Suite and M3 on exciting local and global projects. Your tasks will vary from gathering business requirements and understanding customer processes to platform configuration, integration, workshop participation, and go-live support.

Who Are You?

You’re naturally curious about processes, a relationship-builder, and a problem-solver.
We’re looking for someone with an interest in logistics or finance, who also wants to dive into the technical side.

With a strong willingness to learn, a healthy dose of patience, and inner drive, you’ll be well-positioned to thrive in the role of business consultant.
The program is conducted in both Danish and English, so fluency in both spoken and written language is required.

Qualifications:

• A relevant university degree, for example, Industrial Engineering & Management

• Meriting experience from industries like Distribution, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Fashion, Equipment, Life Science, or Finance

• Extra credit if you’ve worked with ERP systems like M3, IFS, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics!
