Core responsibilities

We are looking for an IAM consultant with a strong interest in technology and IT security, who wants to work on the implementation and development of Identity management systems to help our clients manage and control user access to their IT systems. We use our technical knowledge, strong process understanding and a curiosity to advise on the best solution for the individual customer. Your tasks will include:

• Developing and advising on strategies and best practices within IAM. This includes assessing existing systems and processes and recommending improvements.

• Implementing IGA solutions such as single sign-on and multi-factor authentication This also involves integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

• A key part of your role will be ensuring that IAM solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulations, such as GDPR.

• Technical support and troubleshooting, especially for more complex issues related to identity and access management.

• Guiding and training users on IAM principles and practices

• Evaluating system performance, monitoring security logs, and reporting IAM-related issues to management.

• Guiding and ensuring that the client’s IGA solution is continuously updated and maintained to meet changing security risks and business needs.

Your background and experience

As a consultant, you will work closely with our team to support the implementation and maintenance of advanced security technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to integrate solutions seamlessly into their existing systems, providing ongoing support, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. In addition, the following technical skills will be a clear advantage:

• A good understanding and hands-on experience with IGA principles and technologies, Knowledge of single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and role-based access control.

• A background in networking and security, including knowledge of network protocols and encryption techniques, will be an additional plus.

• The ability to integrate IGA solutions with existing systems and applications is essential, as are skills in programming and scripting in languages such as Java, Python, and PowerShell.

• Understanding of database management, particularly in relation to user authentication and access control.
