As an Accountant at Configit, you will be part of a small accounting team consisting of six dedicated employees, including yourself. In addition, there is a Head of Finance & Accounting, to whom you report directly. In this position, you will take care of a wide range of tasks that require both collaboration and independent effort in your areas of responsibility.
Your Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping and accounting
- Accounts payable
- Invoice approval
- Reconciliations
- Domestic and foreign VAT and taxes
- Participation in the preparation of the annual report
- Participation in the month-end and year-end closing
- Preparation for audits
- Payroll
- Handling internal and external inquiries
- Support for the annual budget process
Your profile
- Experience using ERP systems; we use D365FO, Pallette, and Adra.
- Relevant education and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Proactive and passionate about delivering high-quality work
- Service-minded team player with strong communication skills
- Natural interest in learning and automation, not afraid to challenge existing guidelines to create improvement
- Very good eye for detail
