Job Description
As a Senior Consultant in Customer Strategy & Design, you will play an important role in identifying and shaping growth strategies, digital strategies, and value realization within large tech programs. You will get the opportunity to work directly with our largest clients alongside colleagues in project teams, conducting analysis, preparing decision-making materials and helping clients with their growth initiatives. In addition, you will be supporting proposals and bid presentations for new projects, as well as contributing to building our practice.

At our clients, the key areas we are working within are:

  • Growth Strategy: Supporting clients in making coherent commercial choices and lay actionable road maps for growth in a digital world
  • Commercial Excellence: Advising clients in improving their sales, marketing and pricing practices to gain superior market performance
  • Digital Strategy & Value Realization: Supporting clients in defining new customer-facing technological opportunities and realizing the benefits
  • Innovation: Supporting clients rethinking their business with advanced technologies such as Generative AI – before their competitors.

Qualifications
What we are looking for

  • You have a master’s degree or higher within the STEM field, with excellent academic performance.
  • You have 2 years of experience from a top-tier consultancy or similar corporate functions e.g., Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Digital Strategy or Customer Strategy.
  • You are structured and analytical, and you thrive in solving complex problems.
  • You have a profound understanding of team play and you strive to make an impact.
  • You are willing and eager to learn new skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Danish.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills.
