Are you a proactive and tech-savvy administrative unicorn with a passion for organization and communication? DSV is looking for a dynamic Student Assistant to join our Corporate Development department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team with various administrative and communication tasks, contributing to the success and efficiency of our department.


You will be reporting to the Business Change Manager, who is reporting directly to the Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Development.

Our department is very diverse and includes teams working on our corporate strategy, innovation, enterprise digitalisation and data, corporate marketing and communications, and more.


Support the leadership in charge of shaping the future of DSV

As a Student Assistant, you will be working closely with the management team of Corporate Development, supporting their everyday work and lifting some of the administrative load that makes the office run smoothly such as employee onboarding and communications. You will also have the chance to run small projects independently based on your own initiative and interests. This could fx be a communications initiative or a process improvement.


  • Take ownership of administrative tasks and processes
  • Support the general internal communication
  • Drive employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Independently run smaller projects based on own initiative and interests
  • Support the preparation of slide decks in PowerPoint
  • Help update and maintain SharePoint sites and associated files
  • Organize and execute internal initiatives and social events

We expect you to work 15 hours a week, preferably as two full days in the office. We can accommodate exam periods. However, flexibility is appreciated on both ends.

We imagine that you are finishing your bachelor studies or starting your master in the fields of business, communication, marketing or HR.


To be successful in this role, it’s important that you:

  • Are an administrative unicorn with an organized and structured approach to work
  • Are able communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are tech savvy and quick to adapt to new IT systems and digital tools
  • Know your way around PowerPoint
  • Speak and write English fluently
