Project Manager

Ellab, a leading provider of compliance solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, is growing rapidly and looking to expand the Project Management Team.

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead a significant product development project.

What you’ll be doing
As a Project Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of new versions of our software and hardware products. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements collection and scoping to launch, ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders, tracking progress, managing risks and keeping the project on track.

You will work closely with stakeholders at various levels across the organization and, as part of the Project Management Office, will have the opportunity to shape project management practices within Ellab.

Responsibilities
This role involves managing the project from start to finish, ensuring alignment and transparency. You will keep the project on track and within budget, addressing issues proactively. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Product Owner to set priorities and develop plans during quarterly planning. Implementing Agile processes, configuring Jira workflows and providing training are also key responsibilities. Effective communication between the project team and stakeholders is essential to ensure successful collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in project management.
• Technical background with skills in task prioritisation and problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency and proven experience in Agile frameworks; certification is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, essential to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
