Group Finance & Tax Manager

The position
As our growth agenda continues, we are looking for an ambitious Group Finance & Tax Manager to play a key role in our financial management and strategic development. The position includes both operational and strategic tasks within M&A, tax and group reporting. You will be part of our Group Finance team with 10-12 skilled colleagues based in Denmark and refer to the Head of Group Finance.

This is a key position with the potential to evolve into a leadership role within the department.

Your responsibilities

• Drive and participate in strategic financial projects, including process optimization and implementation of new accounting standards and internal controls (involving annual risk assessment).
• Participate in and lead purchase price allocation (PPA) for M&A transactions.
• Ensure quality and compliance in group reporting and controlling of selected major subsidiaries.
• Calculate the taxable income for the Danish Group and assist in reporting tax details to our owners.
• Oversee the collection and validation of transfer pricing data, managing the process with external advisors to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of master and local files.

Skills that you'll bring to Ellab
We expect that you have completed an education in economics, such as Cand.merc.aud., HD-R or similar. Furthermore, we expect that you have 5-8 years of experience with controlling or auditing/accounting, preferably from an international company.

• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

It's a plus but not a requirement if you have experience with:

• Business Central
• Konsolidator
• Business Intelligence tools
