Finance Assistant

Our journey and the team

We are a fast-moving organisation with a step-growth journey ahead of us.

You will be joining a finance team consisting of 4 employees and you will be referring to the Finance Manager. Your role is a newly established fulltime position.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Vendor – A-Z
• Expense management – A-Z
• Accounts receivables – register incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Intercompany— monthly invoicing to subsidiaries
• Bank reconciliations
• Fixed asset register – maintaining the fixed asset register
• Prepare documentation for audit

What competencies and mindset do you need to bring?

We aim to hire an experienced colleague with at least 5 years of proven skills within the mentioned tasks. We expect you to be well familiar with the VAT requirements when handling the registration of vendor invoices, employee expenses and intercompany invoicing.

We need a well-structured and organized colleague with a good overview and a natural sense for detail and responsibility. As we are a small team, we are very dependent on each of us taking responsibility of the tasks as well as the team effort and collaboration.

We expect you to be flexible and able to work from the office in Hillerød.

We use Dynamics 365 Business Central, Continia and Acubiz. Experience with the systems will be seen as an advantage.

Despite being a global company, we need a colleague who can communicate in Danish – both written and verbally.
