The position

As our new IT student assistant you will be reporting directly to our Nordic IT Director and work together with likeminded, dedicated, and skilled colleagues with various backgrounds and competences. This role includes the following responsibilities:

The main responsibilities for you:

• Close collaboration with the Nordic IT management.
• Assist IT management with organizing meetings and workshops – these may include operational meetings or project-related activities.
• Represent IT in internal projects – such as the establishment of a new intranet.
• Support project managers on strategic projects with ad-hoc tasks – e.g., setting up and launching financial reporting for projects.
• Assist project managers in establishing tools and processes.

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Can work structured and keep focus
• Can work independent and prioritize work tasks.
• Excellent in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Can work 15-20 hours pr. week

Education

• Are enrolled in a relevant study program at e.g. CBS, ITU, KU or similar
