ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Esoft Systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interface components using React. In this critical role, you will be the central decision-maker for all frontend technology choices, ensuring that our applications are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with our backend developers, and product managers to deliver top-tier solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and development of complex web applications using React.
- Make critical decisions on frontend technology stack, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Develop and enforce best practices for frontend development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure Esoft Systems remains at the forefront of frontend development.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Equivalent to at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a frontend developer, working with React.
- Strong experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).
- Proficient in modern build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
