ABOUT THE POSITION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Quick re-train, coaching
- Monitor low-performance production staff for designing proper training and coaching.

- Deliver training content and materials.

- Deliver the course to with right audience, suitable capacity, and time duration to ensure effective training.

- Trainer content storage.

- Ensure Trainees access the platform.

- Organize & manage classes and track training calendar both offline & online in areas of technical assignment.

- Set up a trainee evaluation system for timely improvement.

- Training delivery: Choose an appropriate delivery method to achieve training objectives.

- Evaluate trainee’s platform using, technical skills periodically to ensure effectiveness after training.

- Live production performance follow-up: Follow up on live production performance and report to related departments for proper actions.

Client complaints (Re-active)
- Investigation of customers’ complaints: Analyze the root cause of complaints and reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.

- Propose and implement short-term and long-term solutions for quality issues.

- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure the agreed solution are followed and implemented.

Maintaining quality (Pro-active)
- Random check

- Double check

- SOP Audit

- Production staff performance review

Quality system procedures
- Design and update workflow of producing a product

- Update various systems (Lychee, EPT, etc.) when there is a change to a product

Onboarding new clients
- Organize and supervise the new client test in production to ensure the quality meets client expectations

- Leading the processing time test

- Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding.

- Continuously monitor quality and client feedback after launching

- Coordinate with Product Expert team Production team to hand on the material from Expert team in order to deliver training courses to Production editors or vocational editor trainees.

Internal production optimization
- Come up with new ideas for optimization and follow Design thinking framework (Ideate -> POC -> Test -> Implement)

- Implement optimization, new technology, new software into production

TNA: Training need assessment
- Coordinate with Production Supervisor to identify and assess the training needs of production both in full-time and part-time of the team which’s in charge of, through job analysis, career paths and make a consultation with sourcing manager for training plan properly.

- Coordinate with PE, BD & QL to evaluate editor performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance, required quality standards.

- Coordinate with HRBP team to assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement for the Vocational training and Succession training for Editor, QC.

- Coordinate with each team to seek support from internal trainer to add on training resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.

REQUIREMENTS
- High school (For QLS Photo and QLS Video);

- Bachelor of Architecture (For QLS 2D/3D)

- QLS 2D: Illustrator.

- QLS Photo: Photoshop, Camera Raw, Bridge.

- QLS Video: Final cut pro, After effect, Photoshop.

- QLS 3D: 3Ds Max, V-ray, Corona.

- General knowledge about product quality.

- Thinks imaginatively, or “outside of the box” to identify and/or develop creative solutions for which there are few or no precedents.

- Seeks out new information and brings forward innovative solutions with little to no guidance.

- Integrates relevant concepts/models into a complete vision or solution for which there is no previous experience or road map.
