We are looking for a talented student to join our Technical Asset Management Specialist Team at European Energy. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge from your studies to real projects, receive professional sparring, and help us accelerate the green transition

The Team

The Asset Management department consists of 96 colleagues, based in Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Poland, the UK, and Brazil. We are responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of power-producing assets, offering asset management services for both internal and externally owned assets.

You will be part of the Technical Asset Management – Specialist Team. The main purpose of the team is to support the local asset management services in line with the strategic direction of the Asset Management department to ascertain our plants’ long-term quality and performance. The specialist in the department have a focus on PV or Wind technology or are focusing on process landscape or performance analysis. The team stands ready for asset-related requests from colleagues, and works on the continuous improvement of our business processes.

How You Will Create Impact

As a Student Assistant, you will play a key role in different task:

  • Supporting the specialist team optimizing our process landscape
  • Supporting reporting activities across our global portfolio
  • Creating portfolio reviews with a focus on technical asset performance
  • Review documentation and ensure data is current and accurate
  • Maintain and support managing our monitoring platform
  • supporting day-to-day activities, handling administrative tasks, and providing proactive assistance where needed
  • Collaborate closely with other departments within Asset Management and beyond


What We Look For

We are looking for a student currently in their bachelor's program or pursuing a master's degree in engineering (Energy, Renewables, or similar) or a technical field. Moreover, we imagine that:

  • You are passionate about renewable energy, especially wind and solar technology.
  • Experienced with Data Analysis.
  • You are familiar with the general Microsoft Office package, including Power BI.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • A curious mindset with a large appetite to constantly learn and grow.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented with a drive to create results.
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude when faced with new challenges.
  • You are proficient in English.
