Client Care Specialist - fluent in English

YOUR IMPORTANT TASK Your important task is to counsel our clients to make them able to choose their preferred sperm donor at European Sperm Bank. Furthermore, you assist the clients through their fertility journey by handling related order and storage agreements as well as payment and practical issues. You assist the clients both on email, phone and chat. THE TEAM YOU WILL BE PART OF You will be part of our international sales team based in Copenhagen and work closely with your dedicated colleagues to ensure timely and competent communication with clients and the clinics, where they are to be treated. YOUR PROFILE You enjoy being part of a friendly, fast-paced and international work environment and always focusing on meeting customer expectations and delivering at a high standard. You might have a background from either the hospitality or health care industry. On a personal note, you’re warm and welcoming adapting your communication to suit different customer and clients needs. You work in a systematic, methodical way by following quality procedures and complies with legal obligations and safety requirements in the role. You speak and write English fluently.
