The role as a Protective Security Coordinator

As a Protective Security Coordinator, you will have an important role in carrying out background checks and conducting security vetting interviews, mainly in line with the Swedish Security Protection Act. You’ll support a variety of clients across different sectors, so your work will be both diverse and meaningful. In addition to vetting tasks, you may also support with protective security advice and occasionally help deliver internal training. The role suits someone who enjoys structured work, is comfortable working with people, and doesn’t mind handling repetitive tasks or large amounts of data from time to time. It’s also a great opportunity to be part of improving and developing how we work.

Key Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Background screening and documentation review
• Security vetting interviews
• Reference checks
• Supporting advisory work in protective security
• Internal training delivery to colleagues and stakeholders
• Contributing to service development and continuous improvements

Requirements

• Experience of working within recruitment, psychology or protective security
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
• Swedish citizenship

Additional information:

Placement: Ework’s office in Stockholm. The position will require travel to other Ework and/or Client locations.
Start: As soon as possible or up on agreement
