As a Talent Provider you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and matching the best candidates to meet our clients unique needs, all while maintaining a strong focus on our business profitability.

Overall responsibility and tasks:

- Establish relationships with stakeholders and understand their requirements.
- Facilitating matching of candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Identifying, evaluating, and matching candidates to client needs
- Contributing to the expansion of Ework's network of Partners and Professionals based on market demands while expanding your own professional network.
- Continuously enhancing expertise in relevant skills, technologies, industries, and market trends.
- Keeping abreast of Ework's service offerings and effectively communicating their value proposition.

Who you are:

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a talent for building strong relationships and a commitment to achieving shared goals. We value curiosity, positivity, and a proactive mindset, combined with adaptability and a willingness to embrace change. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish (written and spoken), along with a genuine passion for sales, both of which are important for this role.

We believe you bring:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (recruitment and sourcing of preferably Engineering or Business management-related professionals).
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Experience in working with ATS or CRM systems.
- It is a plus if you have an education (B.Sc/M.Sc) in Engineering or similar.
