fp Frank Partners, a boutique advisory firm specialised in Integrity, ESG, and Human Rights, is currently hiring for a junior case manager (in the position of Associate Director) specialising in integrity due diligence and investigations, available to start in June/July 2025. The AD can be based at our offices in Berlin or Copenhagen, or can be based remotely within Europe.
Key responsibilities of the job
• Manage integrity due diligence assignments and investigations from start to finish
• Liaise with our network of external providers and freelance associates who gather information on the ground and conduct interviews on our behalf
• Supervise and provide research guidance to research team and freelance associates
• Edit and finalise reports, ensuring they meet fp’s internal standards and clients’ expectations
• Present to and advise clients on findings, risks, and recommendations relating to an assignment
• On occasion, act as lead researcher on assignments; should be able to run such projects autonomously while ensuring the highest standards in research and reporting
• Conduct scoping and prepare proposals for potential assignments
• Provide training to new hires and existing analysts
• Contribute to fp’s knowledge base and research capabilities
• Identify, assess and onboard new subcontractors

Your skills and experience
• Full professional proficiency in English with excellent report-writing skills
• Professional working proficiency in a Scandinavian language or German (reading, listening, speaking, writing)
• Knowledge of additional languages would be an asset but not essential
• 3-4 years of prior work experience in business intelligence, integrity due diligence and/or corporate investigations. Some of this experience should be in the Nordics or DACH region, but experience with emerging markets would also be a benefit.
• At least six months of integrity due diligence case management experience (can also be experience gathered in a more junior position)
• Completed university degree, preferably in Politics, International Relations, International Security, Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Law, Languages, or similar
• Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Word
• Investigative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a close attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work on multiple overlapping projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong work ethic
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in developing fp’s products and client base
• Ability to work independently and in teams – even remotely
