About Us:
Frankly Insure is a Danish venture-backed Insurtech startup founded in 2021, building the future of insurance by delivering simple, affordable insurance solutions, seamlessly embedded into everyday life.
We’re a small, fast-growing startup with a versatile and ambitious team, brought together by an urge to create something that people want. Our solution is already validated in the market, with customers and partners who genuinely love what we offer. Backed by top-tier venture capital firms like Antler and Tenity, as well as a strong network of seasoned investors, we’re on a trajectory of rapid growth.
Role:
We’re hiring an experienced software developer who can balance solid architecture with pragmatic decisions. You’ll join a small, motivated team and will immediately influence our product’s direction, architecture, and growth. You’ll work closely on tasks like developing new integrations, building and improving our portals for customers and partners.
Who you are:
We’re looking for people who enjoy working in an environment built on trust, autonomy, and initiative. You’re someone who naturally takes ownership, prioritizes thoughtfully, and balances careful decisions with practical execution. You prefer working flexibly and solving problems creatively rather than following strict rules. You value action over extensive planning, but you understand meaningful results take time. If this matches how you like to work, we’d love to talk.
