Sales and Showroom Coordinator, Warsaw

Gabriel, a market leader for a high-end brand that develops, manufactures and sells upholstery fabrics, is yet again expanding. With growing demands in the Polish market, we are now ready to strengthen our presence in the region by opening a new showroom in Warsaw. Therefore, we are searching for a Sales and Showroom Coordinator to join the Polish team.

As Sales and Showroom Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be

• to support the Polish sales team by handling inquiries and servicing primarily our Polish customer base, but also our customers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania
• general sales administrative tasks such as registering and following up on customer orders in the ERP system, price agreements etc.
• keeping the CRM system up to date
• welcoming and servicing guests in the showroom, as well as coordinating showroom events and activities
• to ensure timely dispatch of all samples

Reporting to the Sales Director of Poland, the Czech Republic & Slovakia, you will work remotely until we have opened a Showroom in Warsaw, where we expect you to be during work hours.

The ideal candidate
You take pride in providing customers with excellent experiences and have the ability to effortlessly identify their needs. With a background in order handling and customer service, you are experienced in solving problems with a positive attitude. Your proactive and outgoing nature, combined with your strong communication skills in both Polish and English, make you an asset in any customer-facing role.
