PR & Sample Coordinator

Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You

The PR & Sample Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the PR and Brand team by managing sample logistics, overseeing showroom operations, and assisting with press and influencer relations. This role ensures the smooth execution of PR initiatives, brand representation, and media engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about fashion and communication.

The role includes the following main responsibilities:

• Showroom Management: Oversee the organisation and upkeep of the showroom, ensuring it represents the GANNI brand aesthetic at all times. Working with the PR Managers to coordinate and handle showroom appointments with press and influencers.
• Sample Coordination: Manage sample trafficking, including tracking, sending, receiving, and maintaining inventory.
• Press & Influencer Relations: Assist in coordinating press and influencer requests, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
• Events Support: Support the planning and execution of PR events, including runway shows, press days and influencer activations.
• Intern Co-ordination: Oversea and work closely with the interns to support full PR team across tasks.
• Content Support: Coordinate gifting initiatives and support PR team efforts in content seeding and brand collaborations.
  
  

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and mindset:

• 1-2 years of experience in PR, fashion, or showroom management (internship experience applicable).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with PR tools (e.g. Sparkle, Fashion GPS, Launchmetrics).
• Passion for fashion, media, and brand storytelling.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to work.
