RTW Junior Collection Merchandiser

GANNI IS LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND DETAIL-ORIENTED MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR TO SUPPORT OUR RTW COLLECTIONS FROM CONCEPT TO BUYING.

Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You

This will be a short term contract till the end of December 2025, with possible opportunities after depending on the team evolution.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside and support the team whilst gaining an in-depth understanding of the business through hands-on experience.

The role will support the RTW Collection Merchandising Manager from start to finish (line plan to buying session) to ensure complete 360 alignments on merchandise plans across departments.

• Support the RTW team to define merchandising objectives to anticipate and advise on needed product offer developments to support company revenue targets and other KPI indications (ASP, depth).
• Support with creating the collection framework before and after briefing (line plan and collection follow-up tools and EOS recaps) to drive and closely monitor the collection development process.
• Update collection tools to follow the collection development.
• Drive seasonal product and category analyses (quantitative and qualitative) aligned with the RTW Collection Merchandising Manager directives to feed the Design, Development, Production and Collection Merchandising teams.
• Be in charge of the Soft Accessories sub-categories
• Work closely with the retail merchandising team to collect and transform all relevant market feedback into commercial product requirements (including capsules and exclusives)
• Support on pricing and price positioning of products to ensure we reach targeted margin objectives in both retail and wholesale
• Conduct competitive research on a price and offer level to identify strategies and market trends.
• Support for product training: collect information from design, development and production teams to create story-telling and support collection information
• Interact daily with Design, Development/Production and Retail Merchandising/Planning to coordinate merchandising objectives and enhance cooperation within the collection development process.
• Prepare all relevant tools necessary for buying sessions to support sales and develop communication packages for internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on the vision from design to the shop floor.
